At home in the water.
What began with diving and a GoPro grew into a passion for capturing images of another world.
I have been diving since 2017. In 2022, my wife Milena and I began our cave diving training together. Today, I am especially drawn to Mexico’s cenotes and Germany’s flooded mines.
I love the atmosphere, the rock formations and the interplay of darkness and light. Seeing a cave in a new way and capturing it with my camera is a big part of what keeps me coming back.
Cold water is part of that passion too. Swiss lakes, rivers and diving beneath the ice reveal how much there is to discover close to home. Photography is my passion alongside my day job. It brings together technical skills, creativity and shared experiences.

My wife Milena Schläfli Wüthrich is my dive buddy and an essential part of my photography. As a model and lighting assistant, she helps bring my ideas to life underwater.
Finding new places, choosing a perspective and positioning lights takes time and a team that works well together. With three or four divers, we can shape the lighting more precisely. As a team of two, the same setup often takes more patience and coordination.
The finished photographs capture a moment. Behind them are trust, preparation and the joy of experiencing these places together.
